I spent years studying people, systems, and the ways we learn to live in the world. Somewhere along the way, I realized I couldn’t think my way into understanding life. I had to get back into my body. Now, my work lives at the intersection of somatic practice, energy, education, creativity, and our relationship with the living world.

Through Energy Work, Embodied Photography, and Crystal Talismans, I explore what it means to come home to ourselves, trust what we know, and live in deeper relationship with the world around us.

I’m less interested in fixing what was never broken. And more interested in what becomes possible when we learn to listen.
